1. Service

DohkoSign, by Dohko Technology, is a Bitrix24 application that sends documents from CRM deals for electronic signature in the signing platform, delivers the link to each signer through Bitrix24 email or WhatsApp (WhatSafe Hub) and brings the signed PDF back to the deal. Signing is done by the signing platform, on the customer's own account, contracted separately.

2. Activation and license

Use depends on activation by Dohko. The license is valid for the period set in the contract. Expired or paused licenses stop use until renewal; registered data is kept.

3. Access

The deal tab is available to whoever can open the deal in Bitrix24. The dashboard is restricted to Bitrix24 administrators and the people they choose; settings, to administrators.

4. Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the documents it sends, the signers' data (including the legal basis to process it) and for checking them. The legal validity of the signature follows the method offered by the signing platform.
