Privacy Policy — DohkoSign
Dohko Technology respects its users' privacy and is committed to protecting personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian LGPD.
1. What the application reads and writes in Bitrix24
In the deals where it is used, DohkoSign reads: title, stage, pipeline and amount; the PDFs in file fields, generated documents and quotes linked to the deal; name, email, phone and CPF or CNPJ (requisites or the field chosen in Settings) of the deal's contacts and company. It writes: comments on the deal timeline (sending, signatures, completion, with the signed PDF attached), emails to signers as deal activities (sent from the mailbox of the person who sent them), the signed PDF in the chosen file field and the stage change chosen in Settings.
2. What is sent to the signing platform and WhatSafe
To request the signature, the chosen PDF and each signer's name, email, phone and CPF or CNPJ go to the customer's own signing platform account, set up by an administrator. When the chosen channel is WhatsApp, the message with the signing link is sent through Dohko's WhatSafe Hub, on the portal's own WhatsApp line.
3. Data we store
Signature requests (document, deal, who sent it and when, status, each signer's name, email and phone, masked CPF or CNPJ and the encrypted signing link), the chosen PDF for up to 2 days before sending, the activity log (180 days), the portal identifier and domain, the application options and the list of who can see the dashboard.
4. Credentials
Bitrix24 OAuth tokens (of the installation and of the people using the application, to send email on their behalf) and the the signing platform API token are stored encrypted on the server. Bitrix24 tokens are deleted when the application is uninstalled.
5. Security
Communication with Bitrix24 uses HTTPS. In the tab, each user sees only the deal they can open in Bitrix24. Dashboard and settings are restricted as described in the Terms of Use.
6. Deletion
Stored data can be deleted on request through support: (11) 4293-0188. Documents stored in the signing platform follow the rules of the customer's signing platform account. The deals in your CRM stay there.
